Support for first/last mile businesses, multi-purpose venues, collective innovation spaces, shared spaces

In complementarity with existing schemes, the aim will be to encourage the emergence of innovative projects by mobilizing networks, by supporting project leaders, by providing upstream engineering capable of guaranteeing the opportunity, feasibility, viability and innovation of projects. With a view to sobriety, it is essential to work on mutualization and intensification of uses. Furthermore, public space must also be thought of as a place for exchanges and services: experiments aimed at better reconciling uses, promoting adaptation to different generations, and more innovative and resilient designs will thus be promoted and supported.

Support for societal changes, specific needs, particularly among young people
