What it is: This measure is a tool to support the insertion and retention of persons with disabilities in the labor market, pursuing the dual purpose of countering phenomena of marginalization, social exclusion, and job insecurity, as well as promoting a deeper knowledge of the entrepreneurial system. The intervention also aims to spread a more aware culture of inclusion for people with disabilities through the implementation of specific employment support measures intended for employers with the status of an enterprise. Who it is for: The beneficiary subjects are private enterprises of any size and sector of activity, with an operational headquarters in Regione Lombardia, where the recipient for whom the contribution is requested works (see par. 4 of this General Notice). What it provides: Dote Impresa Collocamento Mirato provides hiring incentives by providing, by the Provincia, incentives to employers who hire workers with disabilities.
