The coordinated removal of overhead electricity, public lighting, and telecommunication networks improves the landscaping of municipalities and the quality of electrical service through the undergrounding or facade installation of said networks. These techniques protect these various installations from bad weather.

Aid rates are increased in "Wind Zone" and "Priority Quality Zone" areas defined by the union or in the case of bare wires.

The undergrounding work is carried out, at the request of the local authorities, by SDEC ÉNERGIE, which coordinates the undergrounding of the three networks in a single trench, thus limiting work costs, intervention times, and multiple road interventions.
