Encourage and support actions contributing to preserving and restoring species, natural environments, ecological continuities, and biodiversity reservoirs

The Region and the Regional Biodiversity Agency (ARB) support actors in Île-de-France who are committed to biodiversity through a dedicated call for projects. The call for projects concerns the entire Île-de-France territory.

Project type

The call for projects aims to encourage and support actions contributing to preserving and restoring species, natural environments, ecological continuities, and biodiversity reservoirs.

While actions meeting the eligibility criteria can be supported, initiatives falling under 4 key themes will be prioritized:

• Terrestrial ecological continuities to reduce obstacles to the movement of terrestrial species,
• Wild pollinators, to preserve pollinator species, essential for maintaining flora diversity and our food supply,
• Dark sky and nocturnal fauna, to combat light pollution that affects biodiversity, human health, and local energy consumption,
• Health and biodiversity, …
