Engage in territorial contract initiatives (ECLAT - Joint Commitment for Housing and Autonomy in Territories)

NB: The engineering of this initiative is provided by Cnav partners (SOLIHA and the Federation of Social Centers) and financed by it. Steering is carried out by the Carsat/Community duo.

ECLAT is an initiative aimed at fostering, at a sub-departmental level, a framework conducive to preventing the loss of autonomy of retired individuals.

This initiative takes the form of a territorial contract: based on a shared diagnosis of needs, it mobilizes local partnerships, identifies action priorities, and financially supports their realization.

It is based on 3 main stages that follow each other over a period of approximately 12 months (from the public launch of the initiative to financial support for actions):
✓ Conduct a diagnosis (including a consultation of retired residents)
✓ Launch a call for projects dedicated to the territory to financially support solutions arising from the diagnosis; then highlight the commitment of stakeholders (signing of an agreement)
