Local authorities, on the front line of this health crisis, experience their vulnerabilities, but at the same time reveal their ability to react and adapt, or even transform, in the hope of being better prepared for future disruptions, for example those linked to climate change.

Based on an operational approach, this training will allow you to acquire methods and tools to define and implement a resilience approach, adapted to your challenges and ambitions.
