DEVICE DESCRIPTION

Maintenance of communal heritage and maintenance of public services for the population, including the last commercial services

CALCULATION METHOD

20% of an expenditure capped at 70,000 € HT

Remarks:

• Projects with a cost of less than 3,000 € are ineligible.
• For operations whose cost exceeds the ceiling of eligible expenditure, the presentation in functional tranches of works is possible (presentation of one tranche per fiscal year). The number of tranches is limited to two.
• For voluntary municipalities that commit, within the framework of an agreement, not to request a new subsidy under the Local and Environmental Initiative Support for a period of 4 years, the eligible expenditure can be increased to a maximum of 600,000 € HT. In this sense, the departmental participation can reach a maximum of 120,000 € including any increase.
