Purify wastewater

Any operation involving the creation, rehabilitation, or extension of wastewater treatment plants with a nominal capacity greater than 200 population equivalents, including related wastewater transfer, pumping, self-monitoring devices, etc.
Non-public sanitation systems are excluded.
