Launched in February 2013, the Plan France Très haut débit aims to cover the entire territory with very high speed broadband, meaning to offer high-performance internet access to all homes, businesses, and administrations.

In this context, the Banque des Territoires supports local authorities in their digital development projects.

• It supports local public investment by co-financing public or private initiatives.
• It invests in digital services and innovative digital solutions for territories.
