Extend, renew, or improve the energy efficiency of public lighting

Public lighting installations contribute to the safety of property and people. Controlling energy consumption and combating light pollution encourage the renewal of the oldest and most energy-intensive installations. The actions carried out are the creation, extension, renewal (transition to LED), implementation of the dark network (adaptation of light temperature according to biodiversity stakes), programming of night-time shutdown, variation of light intensity during the night, or the implementation of a detection system allowing lighting to be switched on and off according to need.

The aid rate depends on the action requested and the category of the municipality.

Specific support is granted within the framework of program R30 for the renewal of lighting fixtures over 30 years old.
