Project management assistance (AMO) to support you in the design of your water and sanitation infrastructure modernization operation (up to the validation of the Preliminary Design (AVP or APD depending on the type of project)):

• Support for the consultation and selection of intellectual service providers involved in carrying out studies (Topographic survey, Soil studies, SPS coordination, technical control, etc.),
• Support for the consultation and selection of a project management team,
• Advice and assistance in managing the project management mission and other intellectual service missions,
• Advice and assistance in coordinating the various stakeholders.
