Receive support for the renovation of remarkable heritage

La Banque des Territoires offers support for renovation projects of remarkable heritage. You can apply if you meet the following two conditions:

• You wish to identify appropriate practices for responsible and sustainable restoration of buildings, while promoting the energy performance of these buildings;
• You want to carry out at least one building improvement and energy performance operation on your remarkable heritage, provided that it respects its architectural, cultural, and technical value.

As part of such a project, La Banque des Territoires is partnering with Sites et Cités Remarquables de France to co-finance:

• A study to understand remarkable built heritage;
• A study of the building's energy efficiency needs;
• Recommendation audits to ensure restoration combining heritage preservation and energy performance.
