Engineering support for the energy renovation of public buildings

La Banque des Territoires facilitates the studies necessary for the implementation of energy renovation projects for local authorities. We can also support university renovations under certain conditions.

The support concerns 2 types of studies:

• energy real estate master plans
• legal and financial arrangements

Several intervention methods are possible: either the mobilization of experts to conduct the studies, or co-financing up to 50% of the total cost including tax of the study (80% in overseas territories), with a ceiling of €50 K for real estate master plans and €10 K for legal and financial arrangements.
