Financial and technical support for local authorities and operators in the public tertiary sector through the Energy Performance Contract (EPC)

ADEME helps you to guarantee the energy savings of global energy renovation operations, by financing Project Management Assistance (AMO).

ADEME's aid is a grant of 50% of your AMO cost amount. Total AMO expenses are capped at 100 k€. This allows you to carry out the studies and missions necessary for the implementation of an Energy Performance Contract (EPC).

AMO will help you carry out the feasibility and opportunity study for an EPC (upstream phase) and/or for the drafting and procurement procedure of the EPC, its monitoring and execution (downstream phase).
