- Project Management Assistance (AMO) (paid intervention):

Local authorities are required to carry out development projects to combat floods as part of their new Gémapi competence. The preferred solution for the protection of property and people is the over-flooding of agricultural land.

• Phase 1: Carrying out a study of the impacts of the development project on agricultural holdings (land, economic, other...).
• Phase 2: Development of a framework protocol, including compensation for crop damage related to over-flooding, with farmers concerned by the project (conditions of application – compensable damages – compensation procedure) and validation by the project owner.
