Assistance in the management of Avenir Montagnes projects

The Banque des Territoires offers assistance to project managers in the Avenir Montagnes territories to help them develop a diversified, sustainable, resilient, and all-season tourism offer.

This assistance takes the form of 100% funding, up to €50,000 per territory and during the Avenir Montagnes Ingénierie program, for the interventions of expert consultants.

This support allows you to be helped to:

• Structure the project (help in implementing the organizational process and partnership coordination, in defining technical and financial programming, in decision-making to prepare arbitrations, etc.);
• Set up management and monitoring tools (task organization chart, provisional calendar, alert monitoring tools, budgetary framework, etc.);
• Define and implement consultation mechanisms;
• Prepare and facilitate project committees;
• Produce language elements and presentations of the action plan or projects;
• Facilitate consultation mechanisms;
• Define your needs for additional expertise;
• Carry out administrative and methodological procedures (consultation documents, specifications, action sheets, etc.).
