• Grant amount: maximum 10 millions d'euros

The granted subsidy may be lower than the requested amount.

• Co-financing rate: up to 100% of total eligible costs

The grant takes the form of a lump-sum grant.

Objectives

• Strengthen responsiveness to (counter-)WMDs and have a sovereign base of WMD components
• Enable rapid industrial reinforcement of Member States and Ukraine for production chains of key defense products (including sub-components)

Priorities

• Priority 1: demonstrate the essential nature of the defense product concerned
• Priority 2: justify the urgency of strengthening the availability and security of supply of the defense product through the proposed industrial reinforcement measures
