About Initiatives77:

Created in 1991, Initiatives77 is an associated body of the Seine-et-Marne Departmental Council responsible for promoting all actions likely to foster professional integration: access to employment, training, and integration through housing.

As part of its Work Integration Workshops (ACI), Initiatives77 maintains and renovates your heritage (accessibility improvements, wash houses, schools, cemetery walls, wells, monuments to be preserved...). These projects allow you to highlight your commitment to:

• Supporting and training people far from the job market,
• The renovation or beautification of your territory.

How to prepare for an ACI intervention with Initiatives77?

The Work Integration Workshop is organized in 4 steps:
1. Co-construction of the project with Initiatives77
2. Validation of estimates and signing of an agreement,
3. Launch of the project managed by a Site Manager (Initiatives employee…
