Conduct a feasibility study of projects and create the conditions for their provisional financial, legal, and technical viability.

Support:

• Feasibility study of an overall development project (economic viability, market analysis, comparative legal analysis of possible development procedures ZAC/development permit/PUP agreement, legal, calendar and financial analysis of concession/mandate/direct management methods...)
• Expertise in architecture and urban planning (intention scheme, identification of issues, provision of references, meeting facilitation)
• Legal, technical and administrative assistance for the procedure for recovering vacant or ownerless properties
• Expertise in preventive archaeology (level of exposure of the area, information on procedures, etc.)

Modalities:

• Participation in meetings
• Production of materials (ppt, notes)
