Promoting access to multi-purpose public reception facilities

Through the departmental scheme for improving the accessibility of public services, the Department has committed to a program of actions for the years 2016 to 2022 to promote access to public services for all users.

Accessibility to public services is a major issue for equality and social cohesion.

It is therefore proposed to implement a support mechanism for the operation of multi-purpose public reception facilities, which include MSAP and MFS.
