Promoting the attractiveness of the "Petites villes de demain" and structuring towns in Samaria

This fund is part of the continuity of initiatives already undertaken by the Department, in partnership with the State and the Banque des territoires, to support towns in developing their attractiveness. It provides investment aid for the operational implementation of projects carried out by municipalities labeled "Petites villes de demain" (PVD) and other structuring towns formally engaged in a revitalization process.

The credits can be mobilized by the beneficiaries within the framework of an envelope of 10 M€ over 5 years, opened during the vote of the supplementary budget 2023 and the system is declined according to the following modalities:

• beneficiaries: the 20 winning municipalities of the national PVD program; structuring towns engaged in a global process of reconquest or strengthening the attractiveness of their center via the recruitment of a consulting firm; groups of municipalities acting as project owners in these municipalities;
• maximum subsidy rate of 40% of the eligible base;
• financial aid capped at 300,000€ per municipality over 5 years;
• minimum threshold for eligible expenses: 20,000€ excl. tax:
• minimum participation of the project owner: 20% of the excl. tax cost of the operation;
