Despite real dynamism, fishing and aquaculture professions are little known in the Calvados department. The workforce is sometimes limited, preventing businesses from making the most of local production. Many professionals are therefore asking themselves about the attractiveness of their profession to younger generations and the sustainability of their know-how.
