Promoting digital inclusion for VSEs within the territory

The Banque des Territoires offers a support program to promote the digital inclusion of VSEs within the territory. To this end, a Call for Expressions of Interest (AMI) was launched in November 2021.

As part of the Recovery Plan, various actions have already been undertaken. This is notably the case of the Clic&Connect service experimentation, which provided digital support to VSEs and SMEs (telephone and Internet assistance to support small businesses in their daily digital challenges).

The Banque des Territoires draws on extensive experience in digital inclusion to support VSEs:

• Investment with the #APTIC Digital Pass operator;
• Support for Hubs to promote inclusive digital;
• Participation in the deployment of the France Services program;
• Mandate of the digital advisors of the France Services program on behalf of the State.
