Promoting the professional integration of students and young researchers

A student is considered any person pursuing post-baccalaureate studies. *Maximum 5 years after thesis defense

Objectives

The program targets doctoral students and young researchers. To achieve this, the Region supports projects that promote:

• Meetings and exchanges between students and young researchers from different institutions on professional aspects,
• Times for exchanges and meetings with professionals and potential recruiters.

These events, through their implementation and conduct, will go beyond information and guidance to foster interpersonal professional relationships on the one hand, and a better understanding of their future work environment by students and young researchers on the other. The organization of these events by this specifically targeted audience will be an opportunity for them to develop new behavioral skills (soft skills) that they can then highlight in their future professional interviews.

Eligible territories:

• Grand Est Region
• Cross-border regions, provided there is visibility regarding the regional impact and that students/young researchers involved in the organization are indeed from institutions in the Grand Est.
