Funding for actions to prevent delinquency, radicalization, separatism and cultic deviances - FIPD

The circular of February 16, 2023, on the FIPD budgetary guidelines for 2023, sets out the government's guidelines for public policies on preventing and combating phenomena of rupture likely to undermine the security of French citizens and the republican pact (delinquency, radicalization, separatism, cultic deviances).

The main priorities of these policies for 2023 should focus on:

• actions aimed at continuing the deployment of public road video surveillance;
• the prevention of youth delinquency, with an emphasis on its most recent manifestations;
• the continued protection of victims of domestic violence;
• the prevention of radicalization, with a view to a new national plan;
• the fight against separatism;
• the fight against cultic deviances and against conspiracy theories.
