Financing movable and immovable investments in the performing arts and visual arts sectors

The Ministry of Culture can provide investment aid, movable or immovable, to production, distribution, specialized education or higher education structures in the visual arts and performing arts.
These aids are notably governed by decree n° 2018-514 of June 25, 2018 relating to state subsidies for investment projects.

Aid is granted within the framework of works operations, and/or movable investments, for example for preliminary studies, building works, movable equipment as part of renovation works, etc.

Subsidies relating to investment projects can be used to finance the different phases of an operation, such as studies, research and development, real estate acquisitions, construction or development works, major repairs and restorations, equipment, etc.
