The Banque des Territoires offers financing through loans from Caisse des Dépôts' savings funds with its PHARE loan offer.

Real estate projects can include:

• Healthcare and social establishments and services for disabled or elderly people,
• Collective housing for young people,
• Institutions for child social welfare and judicial protection of youth,
• Permanent reception areas and rental family plots for travelers.
