Financing energy renovation work for buildings over two years old

Energy saving certificates are a mechanism for financing energy renovation work on buildings over two years old.

Local authorities are eligible for EECs, and thus can benefit from funding for energy renovations of their assets.

The Tarn departmental energy syndicate offers to prepare EEC applications, valorize them, and then return the valorized amounts to member communes.

Note: until December 31, 2021, EECs are boosted for operations involving the replacement of fossil fuel heating systems.
