La Banque des Territoires offers financing solutions for complex connections in public initiative areas with a degraded economy, estimated at 500,000 in France. These are projects where the connection cost is very high:

• Due to their technical complexity;
• Because of their location (isolated site).

For stakeholders wishing to contribute to the development of fixed very high-speed broadband coverage for such connections, provided they are not yet financed, La Banque des Territoires offers:

• A current account for partners;
• Mezzanine debt;
• Subordinated loans;
• Loans to Local Public Sector (PSPL);
• Study loans.
