Financing industrial real estate

To support industrial relocation in France, the Banque des Territoires assists industrialists and investors, local public companies and local authorities in the construction or renovation of industrial real estate.

It can intervene upstream to study the legal and financial structure of projects or invest in equity and quasi-equity in local public companies or real estate companies that rehabilitate, build or hold industrial real estate.

For a company, your project may, for example, concern the construction or rehabilitation of your company's industrial real estate, business parks, technical premises, offices or manufacturing units.

For a local authority or local public company, your project may concern the development or rehabilitation of an economic activity zone, the creation of a tool for carrying industrial or economic real estate, or the support of companies in their establishment project.
