The Banque des Territoires offers PLI (Prêt Locatif Intermédiaire) loans to finance, through savings funds from the Caisse des Dépôts, construction and acquisition projects for intermediate rental housing, with or without improvement works.

PLI loans are intended for households whose resources are between 1.4 and 1.8 times the ceilings of the Prêt locatif à usage social (PLUS), depending on the region.

• The construction of housing for rental use, with or without land acquisition;
• The acquisition of housing for rental use, with or without works;
• The acquisition of premises to transform them into rental housing.
