In addition to PLUS, PLAI, and PLS loans, Banque des Territoires offers Booster loans: financing solutions for social rental housing production projects within the framework of the Housing Plan. Eligible operations are those aimed at:

• Constructing social rental housing with or without land acquisition;
• Acquiring housing with or without renovation work, including off-plan sales (VEFA);
• Acquiring premises to transform them into social rental housing;
• Carrying out collective housing operations intended for the elderly, disabled individuals, students, and young professionals;
• Carrying out ULS (Social Usufruct Lease) operations, which are eligible for loans without amortization deferral.
