The Banque des Territoires offers a loan financing solution from the Caisse des Dépôts savings funds for operations carried out within QPVs (Priority City Districts). It aims to finance rehabilitation, construction and acquisition-improvement projects:

• Public facilities;
• Infrastructures;
• Urban developments.

Financing can take the form of:

• An Urban Project Loan ( PPU Loan Opens a new window );
• An Urban Renewal Development Loan ( PRU-AM Loan Opens a new window ).
