Banque des Territoires offers PAM Fixed Rate, a loan aimed at financing the renovation of APL (Aide Personnalisée au Logement) approved housing in specific housing. It concerns:

• Medical-social establishments;
• Student residences;
• Young workers' hostels (FJT);
• Migrant workers' hostels (FTM);
• Social residences;
• Relay houses;
• Family pensions.

The amount of the PAM Fixed Rate loan represents a maximum of half of the total cost of the operation. It can be supplemented by a PAM loan at the Livret A rate + 0.6%.
