Funding the energy renovation of public buildings (ERP)

This scheme in favor of the renovation of public buildings for better energy performance is part of the new generation of Occitanie Territorial Contractual Policy 2022-2028, which aims to implement the Occitanie Green Pact in each of our territories and invite our territorial partners to commit to a process of progress, in favor of changing the development model, to jointly achieve territorial rebalancing and promote adaptation and resilience to the impacts of climate change.

With a view to reducing the environmental footprint and developing energy sobriety, the Occitanie Region wishes to accelerate the renovation of local public built heritage.

For this, funding will be provided for renovation projects of Public Access Buildings (ERP) pursuing an objective of improving energy performance and exiting dependence on fossil fuels.
