Funding for Hydrology Environment Use Climate (HMUC) analyses

The water agency funds Hydrology Environment Use Climate (HMUC) analyses, essential for measuring the effects of climate change and monitoring foreseeable developments in aquatic environments with a view to establishing a shared inventory based on local data. The HMUC analysis constitutes the Loire-Brittany basin's adaptation of the assessment of extractable volumes. The HMUC analysis is recognized as an element of the territorial diagnostic phase, the foundation of the territorial project for water management (PTGE). It thus constitutes a decision-making tool for defining a local water management policy.
