Financing investments in EHPADs and assisted living facilities

Banque des Territoires offers several solutions to finance projects that promote home support for the elderly and the development of necessary services for dependent individuals. These are aimed at projects seeking to:

• Build at least 90 apartments in Senior Assisted Living Residences (RSS), with at least 10% of the surface area occupied by common service areas;
• Build EHPADs with at least 84 beds*;
• Develop day care and Alzheimer's units within EHPADs*.

As part of such a project, Banque des Territoires offers:

• Direct equity investments;
• Quasi-equity investments;
• Engineering credits prior to investment.

* Subject to authorization from the Regional Health Agency (ARS) and the Departmental Council.
