The Banque des Territoires offers financing solutions for local public companies (SPLs) and their projects that:

• Participate in the recovery plan;
• Present significant non-financial impacts and are able to monitor them;
• Have a balanced economic model and show development prospects;
• Require an equity contribution of at least €200,000.

As part of such a project, the Banque des Territoires can participate in your balance sheet financing through quasi-equity in several ways:

• Subordinated or super-subordinated loans with fixed or variable interest rates;
• Subordinated or super-subordinated bonds with fixed or variable interest rates.
