The Banque des Territoires offers you its PAM loan to support your financing needs for improvement, residentialization and rehabilitation works.

The PAM loan offers many advantages by guaranteeing identical financial characteristics regardless of the operation financed or by giving you the possibility of adjusting your loan according to your needs. In some cases, you can also supplement your loan with a Fixed Rate PAM.
