Concessional financing for businesses seized or confiscated from organized crime

Description

What it is: Concessions for businesses already confiscated or seized from organized crime. Who it's for: The beneficiaries of national concessions are businesses of any size, operating in all sectors and throughout Italy, and falling into the following categories: businesses seized or confiscated from organized crime; businesses that have purchased or leased seized or confiscated businesses or their company branches; social cooperatives assigned confiscated real estate; worker cooperatives of confiscated companies leasing or acquiring confiscated business assets. What it provides: The concession consists of financing from the Ministry: - at zero interest rate, - in an amount not less than EUR 50,000 and not exceeding EUR 2,000,000, - with a duration between three and fifteen years, including a maximum pre-amortization period of five years, - without any form of personal, real, bank, or insurance guarantee, - disbursed to beneficiary companies in two installments for liquidity financing (financial needs) or in three installments of one-third each for investment financing (based on work progress), - granted within the limits of the concession intensity provided, depending on the beneficiary's sector, by Regulations 'de minimis' no. 1407/2013, no. 1408/2013, and no. 717/2014.
