Single fund for the integration of the risk funds of credit guarantee consortia – Regione autonoma della Sardegna - Resources 2024

Description

What it is: The measure implementing the directives referred to in D. G. R. n. 38/115 of 17.11.2023 and any subsequent amendments, integrations and implementing measures, is aimed at promoting the increase in competitiveness of Sardinian MSMEs, through the operation of the single fund (Fondo Unico) for the integration of the risk funds of the credit guarantee consortia operating in Sardegna established to promote access to credit for Sardinian companies. Pursuant to art. 1, paragraph 4, of the regional law of 19 June 2015, n. 14, aid granted to agricultural sector credit guarantee consortia (confidi) referred to in the regional law of 31 January 2002, n. 4 concerning “Interventions in favor of collective forms of credit guarantee in the agricultural sector” are excluded from this intervention. To whom it is addressed: Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, industrial, commercial, tourism, service and artisanal - as defined by the MAP decree of 18 April 2005 (published in G. U. n. 238 of 12 October 2005) as well as by the provisions of the European Commission with the approval of the “Guidelines on State aid to promote risk finance investments” in force since 1 July 2014 - and from freelancers. What it provides: Provision of resources aimed at the release by the Consorzio di Garanzia Fidi of guarantees and financing as provided by regional regulations and the implementation rules approved with D. G. R. n. 38/115 of 17.11.2023.
