FVG - Contributions for the reduction of commission costs on guarantees

Description

What it is: It is a contribution measure aimed at reducing the cost of commissions due on guarantees issued by Confidi or the Institute of Services for the Agricultural Food Market (ISMEA) in exchange for financing aimed at business growth and strengthening or the acquisition of liquidity. To whom it is addressed: The measure under consideration is addressed to agricultural enterprises that: a) fall within the definition of micro, small or medium-sized enterprises; b) operate a technical-economic unit in the region for the production or transformation of agricultural products. Contributions are also granted to enterprises organized as agricultural cooperative societies that carry out only marketing activities. What it provides: The contribution measure provides for the granting of de minimis aid on guarantee commissions, including processing fees and net of VAT and any social or associative fees, in exchange for financing connected to the activities referred to in Article 4 and aimed at business growth and strengthening or the acquisition of liquidity, consisting of: a) the implementation of investment projects; b) operations aimed at supporting business liquidity, such as debt consolidation, credit mobilization, working capital and other forms of use, with a duration of less than 18 months.
