FY26 Atlantic Gateway, Arlington to Alexandria Fourth Track - CMAQ Funds

Description

The Project includes the construction of approximately six miles of new fourth track on the CSX Richmond, Fredericksburg, and Potomac Subdivision, primarily on the east side of the right-of-way.
