Manage watercourses and prevent floods

Help project owners acting at the departmental watershed level to carry out their missions in terms of integrated river management and flood prevention.

The scheme includes 5 specific areas, for which aid rates may vary:

• Participation in integrated management and flood prevention of non-state watercourses:

- Nominal rate capped at 20% of the ex-tax amount (except for operations not eligible for FCTVA = subsidy on the all-tax amount) .

- Development of PPREs and annual work campaigns: 30%.

- Aid for equipping technician positions and river project managers: lump sum of 15,000 €

• Aid for the Durance development and management program: Nominal rate capped at 30% (except for operations not eligible for FCTVA = subsidy on the all-tax amount)
• Participation in the flood component of the Rhône Plan: Nominal rate capped at 20% of the ex-tax amount
• Participation in land acquisitions for flood peak reduction and the development of levee systems: Nominal rate capped at 20% of the eligible amount
• Participation in operations to reduce the vulnerability of housing to floods: Nominal rate capped at 20% on an eligible amount ≤ 10% of the value of the protected property and within the limit of 80 …
