The Anah financially assists accommodation facilities that undertake renovation projects to humanize and improve their reception conditions for the public.

To ensure the success of this renovation project, a preliminary study phase is essential. The Anah participates in financing these studies.

In most cases, accommodation facilities are owned by associations that must act as project owners. Public actor support is therefore essential. This is why the Anah supports project owners and municipalities wishing to carry out this type of operation.

Preliminary studies allow for a diagnosis of the building, the feasibility of the project, and the list of priority works. The financial and legal structuring of the operation, as well as the social project for welcoming homeless people, are also defined.
