The cultural, sports and leisure offer is both scarce and qualitatively lagging behind the needs expected by the population of the Pays (in terms of artistic dissemination, practice and artistic teaching beyond the Périgord agglomeration).

And above all, it does not sufficiently connect humans and nature, at a time of climate change. The need for reconciliation is real. This is what the presence of artists in the territory allows, insofar as they know how to create an imaginary, bridges between the different cultural identities that make up our society. We and our territories all carry culture. We all have values, stories, convictions, traditions, knowledge, ways of life and artistic practices, which only ask to express themselves, to
confront each other to form a society, in a peaceful relationship with others and with nature. This broad definition of culture values the cultural heritage of each and every one of our territories.

Beyond the cultural offer, the sports, recreational and leisure offer needs to be encouraged in order to improve its quality and quantity, both for local populations and for young people, eager for new dynamism for their territory, for facilities allowing encounters and building links.
