Instruct urban planning acts

Created in 2014, ATD 88, the Departmental Technical Agency of Vosges, offers local engineering to elected officials in Vosges to help them carry out their projects or provide them with assistance in their fields of expertise. Thus, in terms of urban planning, ATD 88 supports local authorities in applying land law.

Whatever the urban planning documents that govern construction rules in the municipality (PLU, PLUi...), the local authority is free to carry out the instruction of urban planning acts in its territory through an internal service or to use a service provider of its choice.

The Agency can instruct your urban planning acts regarding the application of land law. Following the instruction and the proposed decision, the Mayor remains the signatory for the issuance of urban planning authorizations.
