Are you a local authority, a higher education or health institution, or an energy union wishing to carry out energy renovation work on your public buildings? The Intracting scheme can help you achieve this through repayable advances if your work contributes to improved energy performance and generates energy savings with a short payback period (less than 13 years).

The scheme therefore concerns work that leads to short-term energy savings on equipment such as heating, lighting, ventilation, etc.

The savings generated are used to repay the advances, or even to finance new projects.
