Labeling projects eligible for ERDF under the support for biodiversity and flood control in the Seine Basin

Description

This call for projects, launched by the Regional and Interdepartmental Directorate for Environment, Planning and Transport (DRIEAT), aims to label projects eligible for ERDF under the support for biodiversity and flood control in the Seine Basin, within the framework of the 2021-2027 Regional Program. The budget allocated to the theme of ecological continuities is 3.5 million euros. **OBJECTIVES OF THE CALL FOR PROJECTS** This call for projects aims to generate and pre-select operations contributing to the restoration of ecological continuity of watercourses in order to reclaim migratory routes. Operations will correspond to the following objectives: * Improve the continuity of watercourses to allow migratory fish to expand their distribution area * Ensure population monitoring and knowledge development on different species * Restore populations of amphihaline migratory fish in the Seine basin and Norman coastal areas
