Presentation of the aid:

It is a free service that provides local authorities and AODE with statistical indicators on unoccupied residential housing at the neighborhood level (IRIS) and their evolution over the last 4 years.

This solution produces a diagnosis in the form of a report that brings together residential consumption sites connected to low voltage (BT) with subscribed power ≤ 36 kVA. The data for unoccupied sites satisfy at least one of the following two criteria: a valid contractual situation and annual consumption less than or equal to 100 kWh or sites without a contractual situation for more than one year.

This diagnosis allows the community to better understand the issue of vacancy over time and to objectify it.

This diagnosis includes:

• A cartographic and historical view over 4 years.
• A cartographic view of average annual consumption and thermosensitive share by neighborhood (IRIS zone).
• A raw file (Excel format) grouping the processed data.
